Cell Formation & Aging System

Through tightly controlled formation andaging processes under stable temperatureconditions, we stabilize the SEl layer,screen early failures, and ensureconsistent internal resistance across cells.

Ultra-Low Humidity Dry Room

Critical processes are carried out in anultra-dry environment (1% RH, dew point -40C),ensuring low internal resistance,consistency, and stable high-rateperformance.

Electrode Consistency & Calendering Control
